My sister's husband is in the NAVY on the USS Calgary. One of the most advanced ships in the Canadian NAVY. He was telling me they experiment testing biological warfare. Deployment techniques and such. In particular, chlamydia. When in condensed form, this virus can cause internal bleeding, vomiting, hallucinations, blindness, etc. He didn't go much into detail but I can image how they would do this from an old weaponry systems video I saw. They were dumping thousands of little para-suite shaped cansters out the back of a plane. When they hit the ground, the bulbed side would trigger a spray directly out the top, giving you a condensed spray of high-bred chlamydia virus.

Another thing he was talking about was eco-friendly weaponry. Fighting with nukes is dirty. Now they have systems such as light bombs that cause mass seizures, only attacking the animal populous (including us). I'd imagine that microwave particle beam technology falls in this category.
